    She said at the beginning something that really defines the culture of politics right now that highlights why it's not able to mesh with more modern open sourced approaches. It was how politicians feel like they can't say "I don't know" because the next day they end up in the tabloids. I think before anyone can really adopt open source, you have to appreciate that no one person has more knowledge than the collective. And saying "I don't know" is the beginning of the best sentence that ends with "let's find the answer." It's not a badge of shame, it's an invitation to collaborate.

    In effect, this is a plea for collaboration. Too bad the candidate who favors collaboration was deprived of the presidency. But in the long run, I remain optimistic.
