Citizen with Concealed Weapon Permit Shoots Armed Robber Dead

Oh man, Okay….hey! —
Welcome to TTL Media or Tim’s Take Live … —
I am not Wendy Williams! —
*laughs —
You weren’t expecting that one! Boy! —
I’m bad. I’m so mean. I don’t know why you guys deal with me…*Laughs
— I’m bad for you. I’m going to rub off on you
and make you mean as well. —
I’m your host Tim Black. —
I hope you like controversy because the story I’m about to tell you is
— controversial in nature
— It involves the robbery of a Waffle House
back in 2012 —
This happened in Spartanburg, SC —
two assailants walked in brandishing firearms and harassed patrons at
— the Waffle House
— Now, one of the assailants was a 19 year old
— His name was Dante Williams…
— notice I said was
— The other assailants name is Juwan Craig he
is 30 —
Now, in this Waffle House they didn’t just ask for the money
— at the cash register like you see in the movies
— No…they walked around asking patrons to
empty their pockets —
and purses and hand over their cellphones and get on the
— floor at Gun Point!
— Scaring the hell out of these people
— Now, one person in that restaurant that night
wasn’t going for it —
his name was Justin Harrison. —
Justin Harrison had a CWP —
that’s a Concealed Weapons Permit —
Like I said, he wasn’t going for it —
There was one point, Dante Williams walks towards Mr. Harrison
— Mr. Harrison sees an opportunity takes out
his gun and shoots —
Dante! Shoots him twice. —
Dante Williams is dead almost instantly. —
A struggle between Harrison and Juwan breaks out
— Juwan is able to escape, but he’s caught the
next day —
charged with two counts of armed robbery, several counts something
— else…anyway he’s going to be serving 30
years —
at least for the next 24 years before he even has the possiblity
— of parole
— You with me?
— The reason I’m doing this story is becuase
— footage of that night has been released
— the facts are now up for dispute
— All right, what happened is this:
— Harrison said he had to shoot the kid because
he was —
afraid and the kid turned towards him, well it turns out
— maybe the kids back was turned, I’m not really
sure, but —
that’s what the parents of Dante Williams are saying
— They’re saying
— “Did you have to shoot my baby?”
— Oh, have you heard this before folks?
— Haven’t you heard it before?
— Oh, did you have to shoot my baby?
— My baby was a good baby!
— My baby never did nothing to nobody!
— My baby never hurt nobody!
— My baby was never in trouble!
— Until that day!
— Until that day he walked into that Waffle
House with a gun and scared —
the living daylights out of innocent people for no reason.
— No fault of their own.
— He walked in armed with a loaded firearm.
— I know I may sound like a guy with no heart.
— I may sound like I don’t have a soft bone
in my body —
but I do, I do have empathy… —
it’s just that I have empathy for people who actually are victims
— I don’t have them for robbers who go into
restaurants —
brandishing weapons and scaring the hell out of innocent people
— who’re just trying to enjoy some waffles,
pancakes, scrambled —
eggs, grits, sausage…what have you —
Oh, and don’t forget the bacon. —
You may say your son’s a victim or your cousin —
I understand that —
but in my eyes and the eyes of the rest of the world
— or the rest of the country of people with
reasonable —
intelligence…no he was not a victim. —
He was an assailant. —
He was a perpetrator and perps get shot —
Don’t want to get shot. Don’t rob Waffle Houses. —
banks or anybody. —
That’s the lesson for today. —
Take it with you. —
I don’t want to make this a black and white issue
— it’s not.
— It’s a grieving family unable to see the truth
issue —
and reality —
That’s how I see it folks —
You let me know how you see it —
Let me know what you think about the new background with no Green Screen
— it’s something new I’m doing because hey
— some people were complaining and Ilisten
— sometimes
— Thanks for watching I’m Tim Black this has
been crazy news. —
Next time people —
My baby! My baby was a good baby! —
Good baby don’t rob people, okay? —
All right….

doesn't matter if his back was turned. all that matters is the permit holder believed he was going to harm anouther not just the permit holder. no drama just the law. you have the right to protect others as well as your self. sad these boys ( all three of them) lives are changed for ever. but gald someone stood up to evil and gave it the lead waffle.

There has to be hundreds of examples of armed citizens or off-duty cops taking out scumbags like this on YouTube alone.
And yet there are so many ignorant people that want to take away the guns of the good people. When one of us could save your life some day. Some of us are trained even better than the police and WE might just happen to be there at the time; not minutes away.

Mr. Harrison deserves a medal for protecting the people around him from the stupidity of those thugs. I am tired of these stupid women who have apparently been such failures as parents that their "good baby" has grown up to be a thieving thug who thinks that he can take other people's money and belongings at gun point. They ought to be prosecuted for being bad parents and obliged to pay all the losses caused by their "good baby" thug offspring.

When I was kid, it was instilled in you that if you do something stupid like rob a store, you are going to get shot. What happened to the next generation? Why aren't they learning this lesson? Why are the parents asking questions like did you have to shoot him?

Tim, black white, brown or purple it does not matter. Their mothers always spew the same thing about their
violent offspring. "He was such a good boy," or "He never did nothing wrong." I have always hated the laws
that shielded teenagers criminal records. If I were able to pass such a law, I would push to use the mother's
statements as justification to release their son's criminal records.

I cannot remember the basketball player whose father was murdered by a criminal thug. He had (30) felony
arrests on his record at 30 years of age. We have no idea how many crimes he committed as a juvenile! By
giving these violent scumbags a pass, we are encouraging them to continue their crimes into adulthood.

What is happening in the inner cities of America makes these cities look like Beirut during the Lebanese Civil
    War.

I am a 62-year-old white dude. Back in the early 90s, I was working on a pitcher of beer in a pizza joint in
Torrance CA. There were about 20 customers in the joint when a local news station announced that some
2-year-old black girl in South Central was killed in gang crossfire on the big screen projection TV. I looked around
and noticed I was the ONLY person looking at the screen! There were blacks, Hispanics, and white people in the
dining area, and NOT ONE of them stopped to take notice. I do not want to live in a world where this kind of thing
    is considered commonplace!

I have heard it said that the existence of a POLICE FORCE is not to deter crime or prevent it ( unless possible ) but to APPREHEND criminals. Apprehend is after the fact of a crime being committed. Doesn't mean anything if YOU are seriously hurt or dead!Just sayin'

Tim: Today, I found your channel. I subscribed. I agree 100% percent with you. I'm a 65 year old, retired man. I went and took a CCW class but I elected to not apply for a license nor carry. I've been a competition pistol marksman for 40yrs. Also a Christian man for less time. Big difference in punching paper and the body of a living person for me. However, for evil to triumph, good men (women) do nothing.

Motherf*cker should have thought of that before he started robbing people. It was either kill-or-be-killed in this situation. As for the mother worrying about her son getting killed by CWP person, you raised your son wrong.

This is what the msm doesnโ€™t cover! They only cover the bad stuff and blame honest law abiding citizens. Itโ€™s sad kids should die, but they should be taught if you hold someone at gunpoint then, you forfeit your right to live, someone has the right to end you there. You just donโ€™t know what these people will do, by these, I mean evil people who will attack the weak or vulnerable.

The only reason segragation ended was because White people stood with Black people to end it. The time has come for Black people to stand with White people to end Black on ANYBODY violence. Black on Black violence is epidemic. I'ts time for all of us, regardless of our skin color, to stand TOGETHER and end this. No excuses, no victim mentality, and no racial leaders who exploit people based on contrived fear. We're all better than that.

I hear that all the time,is like an incident that happened a while back,a 16 yr old sitting in a stolen car at 2am in a gas station ok at 2am a 16 YEAR OLD and with a firearm under the seat when approached he almost ran over the officer that asked him to get out of the car they fired at him well you have an idea of how that ended. His family wanted to know why they shout him.

You say this as if it's a good thing. If all they wanted was "things" then give it to them, call the police and no one dies. This is simply another ridiculous excuse for more guns when we have too many already. No one had to die. Period. That idiot customer could just have easily set off a firestorm where many many could have died instead of just losing some money and trinkets. With sensible gun laws, it's more than likely the thieves wouldn't even had had guns.
