DENATURALIZATION – Are You at Risk of Losing Citizenship? [2018]

hi friends are you at risk for denaturalization are you at risk for being denaturalize what is that exactly I’m gonna talk about this very issue in this video this is a hot issue right now because it is touching us US citizens so stick with me watch this video to find out whether you’re at risk or whether you can simply relax stick with me denaturalization that’s a very big word let’s break it down for a minute here so as you know you for those of you who’ve been following me you are smart about immigration okay so I’m not going to spend a great deal of time on what is the naturalization but naturalization as you know is a process for an immigrant to become a US citizen and so you must first have a green card and then after five years in most cases you then become eligible to become a naturalized US citizen or three years in cases of people who obtained their green card through marriage what’s happening today so today of course we know we are living under a very aggressive executive right president Trump has determined to be very aggressive on immigration and so he’s going after a lot of different people and now the big news is those folks who became a US citizen after being ordered removed this is a super important point for you to understand because I don’t want you to be fearful if you’re not at risk of being denaturalize who should be fearful today who should be quaking right now who should be trembling right now and basically it is those people who were ordered removed or deported by an immigration judge but they did not leave the country or they may have left and came back under a different identity and the government just didn’t catch up with them yet or they just simply changed their names right they just changed their identity when they were seeking naturalization and so the government never connected the dots that didn’t connect the dots to determine that these are the same people the same individual who was ordered deported back in 1999 potentially is the same person who then became a naturalized citizen in 2005 under a different name and how in the world can this happen it happens because the government is made up of people human beings okay mistakes happen and mistakes happen when you have human beings who don’t have enough resources to track everything and make sure everything is okay and everything is in order so to speak so what’s happened is for any of you who have gone through any major immigration process you know that you must go through biometrics right you must go get your fingerprints done and you must get an FBI background check right based on your fingerprints that’s what the government is doing it is doing an FBI background report on you so these people they did their fingerprints back in 1999 potentially if they were ordered deported but what happened was after they changed their identity along the way and they became a US citizen when they before they became a US citizen when they applied for citizenship they had to go back in and do fingerprints again and so the government failed in this regard they did not connect the dots to determine that the person who submitted a fingerprint back in 1999 is the same individual who submitted a fingerprint in 2005 when they were going through the naturalization process so yes those are the people who the government has said that they will follow they will prosecute I should say is anyone else at risk maybe you might be at risk if you in fact committed fraud to get your papers okay so if you committed fraud to get your papers to get your green card the government may drill down a bit further and find to you but if you did not commit any fraud and procuring your citizenship you should not be fearful at this point is the government right to do this absolutely yes because other people have done the right thing they waited they paid all their fees they did everything the government said to do and they got it the right way okay so we should not be rewarding those who change their identities just to scam the government those are the people who are at risk for denaturalization so if you did not change your identity to become a US citizen you should not be worried right now so again just to recap denaturalization investigation is going on it’s going to take some time listen I don’t work for the government anymore but I used to work for the government back in the day and so I know that government is slow so this is going to be a long process and they are doing it because they now have the money they have the resources under President Trump to make this a priority so don’t worry if you’re not the one who changed his or her identity so that you can become a US citizen not to worry I hope this was helpful guys I appreciate you I hope Great video ! I changed my first name only after I came to US thru court order and published it in the newspaper and wasn’t subject to deportation or anything . So basically I’ve done it the right way , and disclosed that on my naturalization papers and submitted a copy of my name change court order . So should I be fine or that will still consider a fraud? Thank you

All American take the risk when the Jews take total control. Koch brothers have already announced taking down the GOP. Surly people aren't so ignorant as to think its Trump's fault after all he has done for Israel

How could Trump be very aggressive when Obama was the one President who deported the most people in any Presidential history? You guys should’ve reported on this during the Obama administration. Everyone knows to follow stats and statistics and not fall for fear mongers 🙄

One of the law professors at the university where I worked and attended graduated from your alma mater. I actually took a trip there, everyone was so friendly, and I liked it, but I did not see any dorms.

Don't worry, goverment started to go looking for illegal inmigrants, now they go after naturalized U.S citizens. I really wonder if you will continue thinking this is ok after the government decides to deport brown people and you and I will be sent somewhere else, I will end up in Latin America and you in Africa. Will that be right for you?

I agree with you 100%. This is not racist. Decades after naturalization by fraud, Europeans who had been Nazi war criminals were denaturalized and sent back to Europe to be put on trial for their crimes.

This only applies to brown people. White Immigrants do not to worry about anything. If you're white, you're alright, if you're brown, Trump ain't down!

During the amnesty period I heard some people paid farm owners so they can give them a letter of work reference as a proof of being here in the USA so they can become eligible.

The immigration reform of the president is much more than enforcing current law; it speaks about much more thorough answer to this nonsense. When will a world understand that if you act like the monster, so are you one. if these third world countries reserve their "sovereignty" status while demanding the USA slack or ( the most disgusting ones) eliminate its right to supreme sovereign, then you can not say anthing. Do not ask, do not try, leave elsewhere. ….

I just came back from SFO, and believe me went I say, I do understand Trump now, I took Uber, the driver spoke Arabic the whole time, didn't care that I didn't understand It or not, my mind started to wonder, I will leave it to peoples imagination PS I have a big imagination LOL, but I will have to say that I miss seeing white people as the majority now it is the minority..this made me see the differences in culture, as a general rule white Christians, Hispanics Christians tent to have order, tent to be clean, they teach their kids to clean up after themselves went they're in public, I didn't see this behavior in this hotel that I was staying, (my hotel was expensive) I started to think what is so different now? I saw the demographics, and believe me it is not the Hispanic community the problem, but with pain in my heart I will have to say Trump needs to close the borders, only then the rest of the country will see who is invading this country, I was told that there is so many engineers in SFO that some of them are working in mcdonalds because there is no work because of competition, and guess where those engineers are coming from? guess who has more opportunity to get a job in google, and all those tech industries? tip, you just need to put in your resume that you know a different language to be ahead of a local engineer…so when you go to SFO be kind to a uber driver, a McDonald worker because they might just have more education than you and can teach you something new……

    IT'S CALLED FRAUD!!!

AMERICANS ARE TRIED OF THESE IMMIGRANTS.
    SEND THEM ALL BACK!!!

LETS NOT FORGET THOSE "ALIENS" WHO LIED, DECEIVED, FALSIFIED,
USED, ABUSED OTHERS IN ORDERS TO OBTAIN A GREEN CARD, CITIZENSHIP,
    THROUGH MARRIAGE.

DENATURALIZED AND SEND THEM "ALL" BACK TO THEIR COUNTRIES!

    FRAUD!!!!!!

This is puzzling to me, because you have to get finger printed to get citizenship so it doesn’t matter what different names you use.

This is all an attempt by trump to stir up fear in the immigrant community for the election and to keep immigrants who became naturalized citizens from the polls. This is trumps witch hunt to take attention away from the Muller investigation.

Yes, this is a BLACK LAND and it is part of the overall PYRAMIC HERITAGE.

For the ones whom are naturalozed under the overall "US CITIZENSHIP". They are waking up to the fake citizenship.

This is why they will be canceling citizenships for certain ones.

There is no specific year, an overall follow up for ALL the ones who are comming WAR zone regions, droughts, extreme natural disasters etc etc…….any will be followed up.

Since some are criminals ,living by fake ID's from other countries, Social securities and gain access to "US CITIZENSHIP" to have the BLUE PASSPORT.

They are waking up to all this filthinesse.

They will be deported back to their original countries and their citizenship will be cancelled. As well as the airports will have the list of the CANCELLED FAKE CITIZENS.

Fingerprints and change of name identity is a sure bet to cause havoc.During immigration interviews they ask whether you want to change your name.????But once you change your identity there is a probability of being charged for crimes not yours. This a trick way to get you deported even after you have been naturalized. This a travesty of justice and pure criminal for deserving citizens trying to become Americans.?????
