Life Lessons From 100-Year-Olds

Life Lessons From 100-Year-Olds

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think I’ve done all that I wanted to do. As long as I can be helpful and keep going. That’s the main thing. My name is Clifford, but call me Cliff Crozier and I was born on the 6th of September 1915. Makes me now a hundred and one. born in Birkenhead in the Wirral, Cheshire. Apart from the war and the time I was at college, I’ve been everywhere in my life. I’ve been retired now for thirty-eight years. It always pleases me though that I can keep robbing the government with my pension. hmm It’s just that you keep going. It’s only a number. A hundred and one is only a number and you live for the day. A spot of whiskey occasionally helps… …although it’s not on National Health. I have a pile of fond memories. I sometimes sit down in my chair and think of my past, and I try to sort of reorganize the story about these people that I have got in my mind and mix them up together first, and then pair them all. (laughs) And I think there are quite a few people out there that would be… …very very happy to be together because they are such lovely people that they are. Amelia Tereza Harper. Tereza, It’s Tereza because it’s Czechoslovakian. A hundred and three, my goodness me. Three is my lucky number. I have always been lucky. I’ve never been unlucky, touch wood. Oh, there’s wood underneath there. I was in Czechoslovakia when I was a young girl… …and I was living with my grandparents because my father was a prisoner of war. We came over to England to be with our father when he was released from the war. Everything makes me happy. I love talking to people. I like doing things. I like going out shopping. Once I go out shopping I don’t want to come back. (laughs) I don’t think there’s anything I really need to do… …because I’ve done practically everything that I ever wanted to do in the past. I’ve got beautiful memories you know. I can live happily forever after because of my lovely memories.

I live minutes from Schenectady NY. I am stunned today by the synchronicities. Happily surprised. We really are all connected. I best listen to this advice as it is clearly good for us all.

If Im making a cake and it fails, it becomes a pudding. Never give up! Sometimes the vision isnt realized, but then how would pudding ever have been invented?

It reminds me of my grandparents. Indeed, grandparents can give you great advice in life. Also, it shows that life before is way so much better than today. People before were happier than people today.

I noticed a few interesting things; 1) There are no poverty stricken people and 2) No one could do everything in live, it would take several lives to do everything. I think we all have things we want to do but can't do to health, money or other things. So therefore, being realistic, we all have regrets 😉 Beautiful video though but a bit unrealistic 😉

We're going to be lucky if we make it past 80 with all the shit food we eat, not even talking about fast food, I'm talking about the fruits and vegetables you buy in the store, full of chemicals.

Aww. When that lady said "I'm not crackers, I'm just thinking about my children" it made me sad. Makes me think…simple moments you don't even think about can be regrets in your old age. Made me realise that I need to be kinder to people.

I've recently experienced a truly great connection with someone who gave up on our relationship way too easily. I can certainly agree that people give up on others easily, I see it everywhere and every day. And it hurts, because it makes us feel very easily replaceable. But it also forces us to move on and search for those who will not treat us the same way… At least I'm trying to see it this way. Trying not to lose faith in love…

Okay, so let me summarize it. I spend my whole childhood with my grandfather..

All that matters in the end is memories.. all those good memories which you have collected through out your life. Your childhood, when you were young and careless, when you started your career, your marriage, those little fights with your spouse, your children, your friends, some unknown people because of you did something good etc.

Not a single thought about money.. how much money you lost, how much money you could have made etc…

No matter how much you earn you will always spend your time with memories..

So be stupid, do something crazy.. make a memory.. don't be afraid to try new things, failure is beautiful too..

There is a saying in Hindu text book & I quote – "You had nothing when you were born and you cannot take anything with you when you'll die. Your karma (duties) comes before dharma (religion). So focus on your duties first.. Don't feel bad about anything you lose because nothing belongs to you.. if something belongs to you today then it will belong to someone else tomorrow.. so don't be sad, don't be depressed.. life is a beautiful journey.. do your duties.. don't care about the result and don't be sad about losing".

Millions and millions died in WW2 but why is holocoust so popular in media? Because American and British Zionists wants to convince the world that they have right to steal Palestinians land. It’s like; I’m offering you some shorts from a shop while the alarm are still in it.

Lucky, look at the lives and chances these elites have had. Look where there live, this ain’t the norm for 99% of the elderly in the country I’m sure.

6:40 "I don't have any failures. If I'm making a cake and it fails, it becomes a pudding"
Single greatest peice of advice I think in the whole video. Don't dwell on what didn't work as you intended, but use it for some other purpose before throwing it away.
