Top 10 Best Countries To Live In The World In 2019

Happiness is the key in deciding the best
countries and Happiness is always a choice that any one can make. Regardless of where you are and what you are
going through, you can still choose to be happy, you can still choose to smile. Here are the 10 best countries to live in
the world in 2019. 1. Switzerland. Switzerland is a small country in Central
Europe made up of 16,000 square miles of glacier-carved Alps,
lakes and valleys. It’s one of the world’s wealthiest countries,
and has been well-known for centuries for its neutrality. Switzerland has low unemployment, a skilled
labor force and one of the highest gross domestic products per capita in the world. The country’s strong economy is powered
by low corporate tax rates, a highly-developed service sector led by financial services and
a high-tech manufacturing industry. The country prides itself on its diversity,
and is home to regions with distinct cultural identities. Switzerland is one of the most modern and
stylish tourism-offering nations in the world. The scenery in Switzerland has a lot to offer
those moving there, it is famous for its dramatic mountains and calm lakes. The temperature does vary from different locations
and tends to be warmer in the south and cooler in the north. 2. Japan. Japan, one of the world’s most literate
and technically advanced nations. While most of Japan is covered by mountains
and heavily wooded areas, the country’s roughly 126 million people lead a distinctly
urban lifestyle. Long culturally influenced by its neighbors,
today the country blends its ancient traditions with aspects of Western life. Japan is known worldwide for its traditional
arts, including tea ceremonies, calligraphy and flower arranging. All residents of Japan are required by the
law to have health insurance coverage. In Japan, harmony is very important. Japanese people follow rules and try to avoid
conflicts as much as possible. They are very harmonious and very disciplined. The crime rate in Japan is relatively low,
and the policemen don’t have guns. 3. Canada. Canada takes up about two-fifths of the North
American continent, making it the second-largest country in the world after Russia. Canada is regarded as one of the best countries
to live in the world because of its exceptional factors like high rate of life satisfaction,
lower murder rates, unique old age pension programs and mostly free healthcare system. It is also regarded as one of the most peaceful
countries in the world. It values education and has long ensured all
young citizens have access to the best schooling available no matter what their background. More than half of its residents graduate from
college. Canada is the second largest country in the
world and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful. From ice bound arctic tundra and snow sprinkled
peaks to sparkling lakes and vast woodlands, Canada can take your breath away at every
turn. 4. Germany. Germany, the most populous nation in the European
Union, possesses one of the largest economies in the world,
and has seen its role in the international community grow steadily since reunification. In the world market, Germany has a workforce
of high skills, less corruption, a high degree of innovation and large capital stock. Germany is one of the globe’s leading importers
and exporters. Services, which include industries such as
telecommunications, health care and tourism, contribute the greatest amount to the country’s
economy. Germany is also one of the world’s most
popular migration destinations, though its open-door policy has become a point of contention
in the wake of crimes committed within the country’s borders recently. 5. The United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is a highly developed nation
that exerts considerable international economic, political, scientific and cultural influence. The capital city, London, is a major international
financial center and one of the most visited cities in the world. The banking and tourism industries are parts
of a larger service sector that powers much of the nation’s economic growth. It is also a world leader when it comes to
medicine and research, and boasts some of the best hospitals you can find. The United Kingdom is also home to some of
the top universities in the world, including Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial College London. The outdoorsman or woman will be right at
home with all the beautiful country Great Britain has to offer. You’ll be able to hike mountains, stroll
through the fabled countrysides, and enjoy a coastline that is beyond beautiful. 6. Sweden. The Kingdom of Sweden, flanked by Norway to
the west and the Baltic Sea to the east is one of the largest countries in the European
Union by land mass. Despite its militaristic roots, Sweden has
remained neutral in times of war for centuries. Instead, commitment to human rights, public
service and sustainability have helped to make it a respected leader in international
affairs. Health care, as well as a college education,
are free, and its people boast one of the longest life expectancies in the world. If you are planning on having children here,
parents here get 480 days of paid parental leave so share between them. Swedes are some of the world’s most generous
people, donating about 1 percent of gross national product to humanitarian aid programs
each year. The society continues to diversify as a growing
number of refugees, currently accounting for 10 percent of the population, are welcomed
into Swedish borders. 7. Australia. A country and continent surrounded by the
Indian and Pacific oceans. Australia has one of the lowest air pollution
levels in the world. It is considered a wealthy nation with a market-based
economy that has a comparatively high gross domestic product and per capita income. The nation has a high rate of participation
in sporting activities, and boasts a comparatively high life expectancy for both females and
males. The standard of education is excellent with
great government and private schools and a wide range of tertiary institutions to choose
from. Schooling is compulsory from the age of five
to sixteen. The rate of unemployment is low in Australia
but there are shortages of many professional and trade occupations. Australia is also blessed with uncountable
national parks, conservation parks, game reserves, recreation parks, wildlife protection areas,
conservation reserves and marine reserves. 8. Norway. The Kingdom of Norway is the westernmost country
in the Scandinavian peninsula, made up mostly of mountainous terrain. Norway’s coastline is made up of thousands
of miles of fjords, bays and island shores. Whether you are driving or taking a rail trip,
the stunning scenery which stretches for miles and miles is breathtaking. Norway is a high income nation with a vibrant
private sector and a substantial safety net. Health care is more or less free for everybody. Schools in Norway offer a well-rounded education
and public education is not only inexpensive, but also of exceptional quality. And as the kids get older, parents can take
comfort that Norwegian college and university education is offered free of charge. 9. The United States. The United States of America is a North American
nation that is the world’s most dominant economic and military power. Likewise, its cultural imprint spans the world,
led in large part by its popular culture expressed in music, movies and television. The US economy is the world’s largest in
terms of gross domestic product, and also the most technologically powerful. The US is culturally and racially diverse,
and was shaped by large waves of immigration from Europe and beyond. Whether you prefer a bustling metropolis or
a quiet town, everybody will find their dream location in the USA. The country is also home to some of the top
universities in the world, including Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology. Despite being the foremost global power, the
US still faces domestic challenges, including racial tensions, income inequality and an
increasingly polarized electorate. 10. New Zealand. New Zealand is one of the world’s best places
to live in, best place to raise your family. It has a very pleasant climate,
cultural attractions, health care, a good educational system, and modern cities. New Zealand’s stable, peaceful and safer
than just about anywhere else in the world. Low density and scattered populations make
for peaceful exploration of the nation’s impressive mountains and pristine beaches
of “Lord of the Rings” trilogy movie fame. There are wonderful opportunities for young
people to grow up with easy access to sports and outdoors, space and freedom: to ride horses,
to run along open beaches, to swim in clean water, to walk through native forests and
to truly experience the beauty of nature. Per capita income remains high and education
expenditures as a percent of gross domestic product are some of the highest in the world.

I see a lot of people shitting on the USA in this comment section. Allow me to share my experience with you. Coming from China, I had little to no human rights, no freedom of speech, and I couldn't vote. The worst of them all, horrendous air pollution. A lot of people in China have bad manners. This perception of the Chinese people are mostly true, but the downside is that I get generalized with other ill-mannered Chinese. Wanna make 6 figures USD/year, unthinkable in China!

Wanna start a company or become an entrepreneur? Good luck dealing with the CCP. Companies like Alibaba, Baidu, and Tencent are all heavily regulated by the CCP. To start a company in China is to have no ethics. Rip a million off and move on to another million. Pay the CCP to cover your ass. The only company that I like from China is DJI, they make the best drones.

When I arrived in the U.S, I was greeted by polite, civilized people. I also came across organized facilities, and people of other race and culture. In the States, as a citizen, I'm able to vote, bear arms, enjoy the clean air, travel anywhere in the the world with the 5th most powerful passport in the world. The only racism I've experienced was in 7th grade from a random person. I moved here since I was 10. Now I'm 23. The country's landmass is the third largest in the world, with many places to visit like, the Yellowstone national park, Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Mt. Rushmore, wild Alaska, Hawaii and many more. The Per capita income is much higher than China.

I thank my mom from the bottom of my heart for bringing me here.

The fact that many can succeeded in the U.S when a person can pull their own weight regardless of race, political affiliations, gender or previous social status, is what I call the American dream.

There are many downsides as well. First of which, is our healthcare system. It's not free like most countries in Europe. Secondly, the universities can be quite expensive. Then again, nothing is truly free. In Europe, healthcare is being funded via income tax, the same with universities. Thirdly, government corruption. For one, there's a lot of lobbying going on, and the electoral vote sometimes messes with the popular vote. I would still take the U.S' gov over China's CCP. Fourthly, military involvements around the world. This has a lot to due with the second World War. The U.S has over 600 military bases around the globe. Whether the U.S should remove some of its bases will take a while to decide. Lastly, from what I can think of for now and to save time, is gun crimes. Gun crimes in the U.S is the highest in the world without surprise. However, what is not being reported around the world is the fact that way more people have been saved by the gun than being killed according to NRA. Also, cities with the strictest gun laws have the highest gun crimes. Wonder why?!!! Oh, I think it's because criminals don't give a dam about the law, and the law abiding citizens can no longer protect themselves from the criminals. Banning things will never work. A lot of people are bloody about the United States' second amendment, but think about it this way, how did the U.S began as a nation? To proclaim independence from England. The colonists in the 13 original colonies fought a war against England over it and won. This war was best known to the world as the American Revolution. The second amendment was written on the Bill of Rights on the U.S Constitution since the birth of this nation. The rights like the right to bear arms are enshrined in the U.S Constitution. People need to stop complaining about it. I personally think the second amendment is unique. The only other nations that have the right to bear arms are, Mexico, Haiti, and Guatemala. Almost forgot, the U.S could use some bullet trains right now 🙂

The fact that I can write about the cons of this country on this comment without getting arrested, is also an advantage over China's CCP and their great firewall.

I'm Chinese by race, an American by choice.

The conclusion, no nation is perfect. Find one you want to live in. For my case, the USA. For my mother and I, the Unites States' pros outweigh the cons.

Which country is better is all subjective. It's a matter of perspective. Unless you live in North Korea, you have the freedom to choose.

Take what I said with a grain of salt.

    Good day everyone.

Honestly i think US doesn’t belong to the list, with extremely expensive health care ( maybe most expensive) , terrible education system and school shootings ( and whole that guns thing, it’s sad that in no other countries school shooting is a big problem, in most of them it never even happens , yet us government doesn’t do anything about it. ) , unrealistically expensive college education, general unhealthy way of life and many more

Japan? In this damn country you have to work 24/7 and live in a tiny room constantly under the threat of earthquakes and under the rule of the emperor. Canada? There they give only 2 weeks of vacation per year! The best countries in the world are Italy and France! Austria and Switzerland are also good, if that.

È che la rendono tra i primi posti (se non il primo) in la strada tra i posti più belli del pianeta, in questo video lo trovo VERGOGNA !!!chi ha fatto sto video avrebbe dovuto visitare l'italia poi avrebbe valutato meglio.

Japan? Are you fucking kidding me? Why does everyone in the fucking world worships Japan so. I am Japanese, I fucking hate living in Japan. Everyone is so cold towards other people like fucking robots, work hours are ridiculous, you are expected to conform and not show individuality, being a high school student there SUCKS ASS cuz you are expected to get ridiculously high grades on ridiculously hard exams in order to get to college. Sure it looks nice on the outside, but no hunny, it’s HELLISH, listen to me, HELL. I’m currently in Taiwan, everyone is so nice and warm here, the cities are as clean as Japan could be but without the shitty parts about Japanese society and the whole country is rich in beautiful Chinese culture. Taiwan deserves to be on that list, not Japan. I dare say Taiwan Numba One, Mainland China can suck dick. And the US IS ON THAT DAMN LIST??? Americans are the scums of the earth, IDGAF if Japan is allies with USA that stupid alliance shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Oh and btw Singapore is the best for entrepreneurship, not Japan, Singapore should replace Japan on that list.
