Actually they can search without a warrant. It's called probable cause.

They must have probable cause if they don't then they can't search.

I don't like cops. I will never help one. They should never put themselves into a position where they depend on me to help. If I see one getting the crap beat out of them I will go on by. Help a cops family? Never! Cops are lying thieves…

Back in 2002 in Everett. Wa. I was with a friend at a church lunch for the homeless. My friend got into a scuffle with another guy at the lunch after he called my friends wife Monica a bitch. My friend pulled a knife and poked the guy in the stomach with the knife. It wasn't a serious wound. Just a little pin prick. We left and we got about two blocks down the road before the cops surrounded us. We were both detained and brought to the police station. They threw me and my friend into separate interrogation rooms and after a while of sitting in there with my right hand cuffed to a brick wall an officer came in and he claimed that a witness saw me stab the guy. I had a knife on me but it was in my backpack and I never once pulled it out during the incident. The cop tried to coerce me into signing a confession but I refused. The cop said they were going to conduct a DNA test on my knife and that if they found "a single skin cell" on it that I was going away for a long time. I sat in that cold room for 3 hours before another officer finally came in and told me that a witness had called in and told them they saw my friend stab the guy and I was set free.

The vast majority of cops are actually good people. You'll run into a few buttholes, but in my experiances,I'd say 99% of 'em are all right.

How does one educate themselves on their rights when one is not allowed to interpret law?? Kinda a double standard.

There should be a small pocket book, written in plain language (most importantly), and recognized by the courts, that describes every humans basic natural rights. Every household should have this book, similar to a Bible.

There should then be subsequent books you can purchase, also written in plain language, also recognized by the court, that describes more particular or complicated rights.

Not trying to get everybody to represent themselves in court proceedings lol, nor am I looking to have people worship the doctrine of man or some NWO shit, but there should be something we all agree on so there's no question as to what is or isn't a right.

I hope this is a joke. This video was used to tarnish and slander the reputation of law enforcement agencies and it's a damn shame that this channel made such an ignorant video.

Me: stops, drops, and folds into the side of the closest building.
Cop: 🤦sigh……wow….*reads Miranda rights, thru my "inconspicuous" duck work, while pulling out hand cuff's*

Assests are normally seized because the funds are aquired due to crimianl activity and cannot be kept by the department until a final disposition of the case has been determined. Even after that a moutian of paperwork is required. 2. Though lying to a suspect is allowed so is lying to an officer. It's a shame that the world isn't based off of an honor system. 3. Teaching crimianls how to disguise themselves is ridiculous, inmates can figure out how to flush contraband down the toilet to differnt cells, assuming someone isnt smart enough to pull something off is just ignorant and you are going to get someone killed by your advice, be it the suspect or the officer.

Dude police can seize a house or vehicle if they believe there is criminal activity. They don’t gain “funds”.

Why does the judge in the picture have a wig on? Flag in the background is the U.S. flag and I've never seen a U.S. judge wear a wig in a courtroom.

Dont know why Americans like to call them self's living in a free country there are still laws and people above you that you have to obey. What you say can go against you ruling out free speech what you do can go against you which rules out free movement.

Law enforcement really does make me sick to my stomach….nowadays a majority lack an ounce of integrity….I am terrified of them. For good well founded reasons. Corruption infects many more officers than anyone would ever admit. You are a fool if you go out of your way to support them. Likely a racist too. Cops need no support. The people they oppress do. I get so joyous encountering a real man or woman of a cop….one with ideals & integrity. that doesn't see in black & white both figuratively & literally.

Always find it funny when people say, "law enforcement HAVE TO tell you they're law enforcement if you ask them."

Imagine this… you're an undercover agent working on a very serious case involving guns, drugs, racketeering and all kinds of other fun things like that. You've been working hard undercover barely seeing your family for years and gathering as much intel as you possibly can. You finally have enough evidence stacked up to send a lot of people to prison for a very long time and clean up the streets once and for all. All you have to do is go to one last meeting with some of the top dogs. During that meeting they suddenly and unexpectedly turn to you and ask, "You wouldn't happen to be a member of law enforcement would you?"

Great. Now the entire case, all that hard work, blown, just like the back of your law enforcement head after that because "cops have to tell you…". 🤣🤣🤣

I often wonder where these types of rumors start. Probably started by some cops with a sick sense of humor. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

He even gives (silly) advice on how to escape police. Does he actually believe that "BLUE MAN BAD!" and civilians are never in the wrong? Or is this whole video made for a public pole, therefore he is bashing law enforcement for money. Either way, DISLIKE. And honestly even if police have "ticket quotas" (which would not surprise me as many departments are underfunded) DON'T PARK WHERE YOU SHOULDN'T and DON'T SPEED! They can't ticket you for following the law.

You forgot the one about how they'll quietly signal their dog to bark, so can they search your vehicle. Seen that one a few times on reality shows, and even saw a cop telling the cameraman all about it!
